The traditional form of Massage is quite different from others. It involves stretching as well as deep rubbing and kneading. In fact having this form of massage has been said to resemble doing Yoga but without the effort.
The client lies down on a firm mattress. During a session the client can be placed in various yoga-like body positions. Most of the treatment, however, involves deep static and repetitive pressures applied to various parts of the body. A full session typically takes 1 hour.
